Reservation deposit terms

These terms apply to reservation deposits paid through respandclinics.com to Island Building Solutions, LLC, a Florida Corporation dba RESPAND Medical Clinics ("RESPAND", "we", "us").

1. What the deposit is for

The $5,000 reservation deposit reserves project engineering time and a place in the RESPAND production schedule for the configuration you submit. It begins the Define, Configure and Engineer stages of your project.

2. Pricing and contract

Configurations selected online, including example clinical packages, are preliminary. Final layouts, equipment selections, resilience systems, logistics, pricing and schedule are set out in a written proposal and become binding only when both parties sign a project agreement. The deposit is credited in full toward the final contract price.

3. Refunds

If we are unable to accept your project, we will refund your deposit in full. Any other refund request is handled according to the refund terms stated in your written proposal. Contact us at info@respandclinics.com with your reservation reference.

4. Regulatory approvals

Final design is confirmed against the building code and health-facility requirements of each jurisdiction. Pods identified as licensed services require the applicable health-facility, radiation, water-quality, pressure or birthing requirements to be confirmed for the destination market. The customer is responsible for site control and local operating licenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. RESPAND does not receive or store your full card or bank account details. Deposits are charged in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees.
